Rihanna’s “S&M” video has not only been flagged by YouTube, but it’s been banned from television in 11 countries, according to the UK’s Daily Mirror. The news outlet also reported that BBC 1 Radio won’t play the track before 7 p.m.

A rep for the radio station said they are reconsidering, however, saying “We are waiting for an edited version before deciding whether it will be played in the daytime.”

Over in the U.S., the video is faring well. It has been approved by MTV, as is.

Upon hearing the news, Rihanna tweeted her confusion to fans, saying “They watched Umbrella … I was full nude.” She still offered up another option, though, informing her fans that they could watch the video on her official website.

Damn. We knew the video was kinky, but we didn’t think it was that bad.

Do you think her video deserves such harsh treatment?
