If you recall, the “Freek-a-Leek” rapper was arrested last year when he didn’t think twice about carrying a loaded gun through airport security. Authorities at Raleigh-Durham International Airport found a loaded Smith & Wesson 639 in Pablo’s bag as it passed through an airport security X-ray machine.
At the time of his arrest, Pablo was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a stolen firearm.
The rapper appeared in federal court Wednesday (March 16) to plead guilty to the possession of a stolen firearm charge. In doing so, federal prosecutors agreed to drop two other charges in a plea agreement.
Pablo’s sentencing is scheduled in June and he faces up to 10 years in prison.
