Legendary rapper Heavy D who passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 8th will be laid to rest in a private ceremony on Friday, November 18th at Grace Baptist Church in Mount Vernon, NY. There will be a viewing for family and friends on Thursday in his hometown of Mt. Vernon from 12pm-6pm. Reverend Dr. W. Franklyn Richardson will deliver the eulogy. While results from an autopsy wait to be revealed , sources told AllHipHop.com Heavy D died due to complications from a respiratory illness, after returning home from a recent trip to London.
