Solange Knowles To Natural Hair Nazis: “I Don’t Want To Talk About No Damn Hair!”

Life isn’t easy for a black woman, even if you’re Beyonce’s little sister.  Solange Knowles,who chopped off her long tresses back in 2009 and has rocked a series of ‘fros and braids, no longer wants to be the spokesperson for natural haired black women around the world.  After stumbling on a Tumblr page both praising and criticizing her hair, Solange addressed the “Natural Hair Police” saying:

“Look, all i’m saying is. My hair is not very important to me….so i don’t encourage it to be important to you. Im very emotional today (involving something else) , so i’m letting the momentum of that help me to express the fact that…I dont want to talk about no damn hair…..no mo.”
