BRIAN DAWSON’S 8TH ANNUAL THANKSGIVING TURKEY DRIVE
“If you are looking to give back, here is your chance.”
Raleigh, North Carolina (November 9, 2012) Chase Media, in association with Tishawn Woods Foundation (TSW) and Kroger presents the 8th Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Drive. Brian Dawson, Afternoon Radio Personality of K97.5 (WQOK) steps up to the plate to assist triangle families in need during this holiday season by hosting the “7th Annual Brian Dawson Thanksgiving Turkey Drive.” Brian Dawson is committed to serving the community and giving back and is challenging our community to join him along with Wade Banner of K97.5, TSW Foundation and Kroger in making a difference in our community by contributing to this year’s turkey drive. We will be donating turkeys and clothes to Raleigh Rescue Mission and Durham Rescue Mission, as well as various churches and civic groups. The turkey and cloth drive dates are November 9, 2012 until November 17, 2012.
Brian Dawson will not only host this turkey drive but he will also be onsite Thanksgiving Day at Raleigh Rescue Mission and Durham Rescue Mission by volunteering his time to prepare meals during Thanksgiving!
Last year over 120 turkeys were donated. This year the mission is to donate over 150 turkeys. Each turkey has an average cost of $10. Any donation is greatly appreciated. Donations are also tax deductible.
