Multi-media Queen Wendy Williams launched some big business with her husband Kevin. The 48-year-old talk show host and featured Women’s Empowerment 2013 speaker recently announced the start of Wendy Williams Productions.
The new company will focus on developing reality shows, game shows, talk shows, and more for cable and broadcast markets.
Wendy and Kevin will partner with Debmar-Mercury, the company that currently produces Wendy’s nationally syndicated talk show.
Williams will serve as executive producer of the projects distributed through her company, and may also have some on camera roles in the near future.
In a statement released recently, Wendy commented:
This is a dream come true. As anyone who watches my show knows, I am a huge fan of all reality and game shows, and know a thing or two about talk.
This is definitely a big move for Wendy.
