What would you do if your child came home with bruises he/she received from a teacher?
It’s currently “against the law” for parents or caregivers in Kansas to spank children hard enough to leave a mark or bruise? Well, that’s been the law of the land up to this point, but a GOP congressman is looking to change things up sooner than later.
