Brandy’s lil brother done got himself in a lil trouble. Ray J had 10 charges thrown at him from L.A. County D.A. stemming from an incident back in May. Kim K’s ex boo was arrested after becoming rowdy at a bar in L.A.,spitting on a police officer and kicking out the police car window. ray J has been charged with several misdemeanors including 4 counts of resisting arrest, 3 counts of assault and battery and 2 counts of vandalism. Even though police say no such crime was committed,the D.A. also charged Ray J with sexual battery.
