According to ABC News, Joan Rivers, who co-hosted the popular E! TV show “Fashion Police,” passed away today at 1:17PM. She had been hospitalized after suffering cardiac arrest following a surgery. Her death was announced by her daughter through a written statement. For more details, click here.
