Last July, Nick and Mariah quietly put their marital home in Bel-Air up for sale.
Nick is now accusing Mariah of cutting him out the deal.
According to TMZ, Nick Cannon just filed a lawsuit against Mariah Carey claiming he didn’t find out about the sale until afterwards and now he wants a thorough accounting of all the proceeds.
Mariah’s lawyers tell TMZ Nick’s lawsuit is frivolous and “clearly a desperate act from a sadly desperate man.
