Rapper DMX is in trouble with the law once again. Just last month X was sitting in jail fuming because his son was selling some of his prize possessions. [Click HERE if you missed that]

X has been out of jail for a few weeks but found himself behind bars again on Tuesday on a contempt of court charge from July for failing to pay $10,000 a month in child support to his ex-wife Tashera for their four children.

Tuesday afternoon, Earl Simmons’ lawyer Jeffrey Chartier and Joseph Daniels, representing Tashera Simmons, appeared before Marx in Westchester County Court. After Marx read the charge, the three spoke at length before the judge. Marx then allowed Chartier to speak with Earl Simmons, who was being held at the courthouse, but had not been brought into the courtroom.

When the case resumed later, Earl Simmons, 44, entered the court.

The rapper remained attentive and sat with his hand under his chin during the court appearance as two officers stood behind him. Earl Simmons said he’s taken steps to settle his long-running legal troubles, and pledged to appear at his next court date.

It looks like DMX will be performing at shows just to make sure his child support gets paid… So promoters…Get at him, Dog!
