The Oklahoma City Thunder have defeated the Golden State Warriors 108-102 in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals, taking a 1-0 series lead. It was an improbable victory considering Durant and Westbrook shot a combined 17/51, but the Thunder were able to squeak out the huge road victory behind Russell Westbrook’s big third quarter. Oklahoma City went to halftime down by 13, but managed to outscore Golden State 61-42 in the second half. Russell Westbrook had 27 PTS, 12 AST, and 7 STL, while Kevin Durant had 26 PTS. Stephen Curry finished with 26 PTS, 10 REB, and 7 AST. Game 2 is set for Wednesday at 9pm.
