North Carolina SG/SF Justin Jackson has announced that he is returning to school for his junior season. Jackson played a big role in North Carolina’s title game run this past season, averaging 12.2 PPG and 3.9 RPG for the Tar Heels. He had entered the NBA draft shortly after the NCAA Tournament. Kicks on withdrew his name today, choosing to forgo signing with an agent. He has the ability to be one of the ACC’s top players as a junior.
