Get those bags packed and get ready, Super Bowl 2019 will be held in the South’s capital – ATL!
NFL owners made the announcement earlier today. In addition to announcing the location of the 2019 Super Bowl, the owners also announced the locations of the 2020 and 2021 Super Bowls. The 2020 Super Bowl will be held in South Florida and the 2021 Super Bowl in Los Angeles.
Atlanta beat out New Orleans in the vote, per Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, while South Florida bested Tampa Bay.
The decision to hold the 2019 Super Bowl in Atlanta didn’t really come as a huge surprise considering they will unveil the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in 2017.
Looks like it’s going to be lit in the A in 2019!
