Houston Rockets’ center Dwight Howard has opted-out of his contract after three years,in an expected move. Howard was the big fish on the free agent market in 2013, ultimately choosing the Rockets over the Lakers, Mavericks, and others. However, he dealt with some injuries and had been having an increasingly difficult time fitting with the Rockets. After the hiring of Mike D’Antoni in Houston, Howard is a near lock to sign elsewhere.
