If you missed the red carpet last night during the MTV VMAs then you didn’t get to check out the one and only Blue Ivy Carter strutting her stuff in front of the cameras. Beyonce and Jay-Z’s 4-year-old daughter Blue hit the carpet rocking a dress called the “Grand Royale” and designed by luxury designer Mischka Aoki. The dress reportedly costs $10,950 at the luxury department store Bergdorf Goodman
