Good news for singer Chris Brown. Sources say that the District Attorney who is handling his assault with a deadly weapon charge is looking to drop the case due to lack of evidence.
The case began in August when former Miss California Baylee Curran accused Brown of threatening her with a gun while in his home.
Since no evidence has pointed to Brown, insiders believe that the case will be closed soon. Also, prior to arresting Brown cops came to his home and he reportedly threw a duffel bag out of his window that contained two guns, but cops have not been able to link either of the guns to Brown.
