Drake And Future Perform At The Forum

Drake dropped four new songs and announced a new project on Sunday night, just ahead of his birthday today, but one of the four tracks, “Two Birds, One Stone” is gaining the most traction.

If you follow Pusha T, you know it’s largely believed he dissed the 6 god on his “H.G.T.V.” freestyle when he rapped, “It’s too far gone when the realest ain’t real/ I walk amongst the clouds so your ceilings ain’t real/ These niggas Call of Duty cause their killings ain’t real/ With a questionable pen so the feelin’ ain’t real.”

On the most popular of his latest offerings, it seems Drizzy responded by calling out Pusha’s constant references to a drug dealing past, though it must be said he could just as easily be subbing Jay Z or Tory Lanez, who said he would’ve been a drug dealer if he wasn’t a rapper.

Drake rapped: But really it’s you with all the drug dealer stories that’s gotta stop though/ You made a couple chops and now you think you Chapo/ If you ask me though you ain’t lining the trunk with kilos/ You bagging weed watching Pacino with all your niggas/ Like ‘this what we need to be on,’ but you never went live/ You middle man in this shit, boy you was never them guys/ I can tell cause I look most of you dead in your eyes/ And you’ll be trying to sell that story for the rest of your lives/ Can’t show us where the cash is/ Me, I don’t judge, I’m just going off what the math is

Was the subliminal aimed specifically at Pusha? Or was he killing several birds with one stone, hence the title? The OVO frontman also went at Kid Cudi, who called him out before checking into rehab last month. Drake raps, “You were the man on the moon, now you just go through your phases/ Life of the angry and famous, rap like I know I’m the greatest/ Then give you the tropical flavors, still never been on hiatus/ You stay xanned and perked up, so when reality set in you don’t gotta face it”

Drake’s new project, titled More Life, will drop in December. He also released three other tracks, “Fake Love,” “Sneakin,’” and a remix to Santan Dave‘s “Wanna Know.” Head over to his Soundcloud to listen.
