Things don’t seem to be getting any better between Birdman and his “son” Lil’ Wayne. The two have been involved in a really bitter legal battle since 2015 when Wayne tried to get emancipated from the Cash Money record label. Wayne has sued Birdman and made several public attempts to convince Baby to let him out of his contract. Birdman, on the other hand has done everything in his power to prevent Weezy from releasing new music. Lawyers for both sides were close to completing a deal that would finally free Weezy, but Birdman put a stop to it when he heard about some negative things that Wayne said about him at a concert.
