Shut Down! Chris Brown’s Request To Get Off Supervised Probation Denied

Despite a glowing report from his probation officer, Chris Brown’s request to end his supervised probation was denied by a judge at a hearing on Thursday. The singer’s attorney appeared in an L.A. court to ask Superior Court Judge George Lomeli to end Brown’s supervised probation early because of good behavior. (Brown was sentenced to five years supervised probation in February 2009 for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna).

At a progress hearing he received a good report from his probation officer who said he has been truthful with officers, passed all required drug tests and “has made great strides” while under probation supervision. He has completed half of the six months’ worth of roadside cleanup, graffiti removal and other manual labor that he was ordered to complete.

Another progress hearing is scheduled for July 10th.

Both Chris & Rihanna are scheduled to perform at the Grammy’s this weekend.

“Braxton Family Values” fans will get to see Tamar overwhelmed with grief when hubby Vincent Herbert is hospitalized. We all knew that Vince was in the hospital but tonight, viewers will learn that Vince Herbert went into a coma. The situation was so serious that Tamar was asked by doctors to sign “a lot of papers” to determine Vincent’s critical medical procedures. Tamar eventually fired one doctor treating her doctor because she felt he was too young. Thankfully, Vince made a full recovery.

Halle Berry Moving To Europe With Nahla & Olivier Martinez?

Halle Berry who is in the middle of a nasty child custody drama with Gabriel Aubry is asking a judge for permission to move to France with Nahla, and her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is saying oh hell no!!

TMZ is reporting that Halle filed papers with the court requesting the move and the hearing is pending. Baby daddy Gabriel is pissed because he believes Halle is doing this to punish him and deprive him of having any contact with his baby girl. And to make matters worse Nahla will be living in another country with Halle’s new man Olivier Martinez.

Halle may be able to sway things in her favor, due to the fact that her stalker who has broken onto her property multiple times was just released from jail.

Is anyone thinking about what this could do to Nahla? Clearly this little girl loves her father, just look at the pics when they’re together.

Pilar Sanders Sues Deion Sanders & Female “Friend” For Beat Down

After having to make a trip to the emergency room because of a beat down, Pilar Sanders is suing Deion Sanders and his female “friend” Laura Jones. According to TMZ, Pilar claims Deion “orchestrated” the violent attack which was designed to physically force her out of his Texas mansion.

According to the documents, Deion summoned Laura — his “fake aunt” — to help him physically remove Pilar from the home on Feb. 6 so Deion could change the locks and bar her from returning.

Pilar claims Jones is legally banned from entering the home … but she entered the place anyway … so Pilar says she demanded that the woman leave immediately. Instead, Pilar claims, the woman “squared off and took a swing at [Pilar] hitting her in the eye.”

Pilar says Laura “continued to hit, slap, punch, choke, push and kick” her … causing various injuries. Pilar says she was so scared, she grabbed a KITCHEN KNIFE and prepared to defend herself until cops arrived.

Now, Pilar wants a judge to issue a restraining order against the woman … and she wants Deion to fork over a check for the mental and physical pain.

After the incident, Deion claimed Laura was only at the home to fix his phone system and said Pilar’s account is completely untrue.

Can these two just get divorced already??? I’m over it!

Chris Brown’s girlfriend Karrueche cannot be happy about this one. There’s been a lot of talk lately about Rihanna and Chris Brown hooking up again and word on the street is that the ex-couple spent hours together in her dressing room while rehearsing for the Grammy’s.

Chris was allegedly in Rihanna’s dressing room on the Sony lot in LA for five hours on Monday, and were having so much fun together that they didn’t care about holding up rehearsals for the show. It’s unclear whether they were alone the entire time when inside; he left the room with a male friend. Girlfriend Karrueche Tran was nowhere to be found.

But after seeing this text by Karrueche this morning, I guess she knows and is over it!

Pilar Sanders Ends Up In Emergency Room After Being Hit By Deion Sanders Female Friend

Police were called to the mansion of Deion & Pilar Sanders after Pilar was allegedly accosted by a female friend of Deion and had to be taken to the hospital for her injuries. According to TMZ:

“…a woman named Laura arrived to the mansion to see Deion … but Pilar told Laura she was not welcome in the home and asked her to leave. Laura refused, and after some words were exchanged, Laura threw an object at Pilar … striking her in the eye.”

An update to the report has Pilar’s lawyer telling TMZ:

“Pilar was taken to the hospital emergency room as a result of the injuries she sustained during the assault.”

Pilar you need to get gone and move the hell out! This is not going to end well, let’s get this woman her own reality show, so she can make some money to feed her kids.
