Join NBA star Josh Powell & the K97.5 Staff as we provide “Kuts For Kids.”
Kuts For Kids will be hosted by NBA star Josh Powell along with K97.5 radio personalities Brian Dawson, Shena J, DVS, Wade Banner, Nikki Nicole and Showtime. Each event will feature live music, vendors, the K97.5 vehicle, giveaways and fun.
Kuts For Kids is a back to school program designed to prepare kids as they begin their new school year. K97.5 will team up with area beauty salons and barbershops to make a difference in the lives of our future leaders by providing free haircuts for boy and free wash and set styles for girls.
This program will consist of two stops, first in Durham, Monday, August 16, 2010 from 12PM – 2PM at 40 Below Barbershop & Stylz Unlimited Hair Salon located at 2000 Chapel Hill Rd in Durham. Then Tuesday, August 24, 2010 from 12PM – 2PM will be in Raleigh at Paul’s Barbershop & Tiffany Beauty Gestures located at 1030 North Rodger Lane.
