A Cary police officer who was trying to catch a speeding car, lost control of his car and crashed into a house last night…
The accident happened on Southwest Maynard Road near Pond Street. According to WRAL, the officer was on patrol watching for speeders but when he tried stop a speeding car, he lost control and drove off the road in to somebody’s house…The officer was treated at WAKE MED. Officials in Cary said they are not looking for the vehicle the officer was trying to stop.
