T.I., has been released from jail for what we hope is the last time. But we also hoped he would stay out after he was released in 2010 and again in August 2011. So instead of just hoping for Tip to stay out of trouble, here are five things we think he can do to stay out of the bing.

JaRule is set to start his 2 year prison sentence today at New York Rikers Island Prison. He was convicted last year of gun possession and was to begin his sentence in March but had it pushed back to work on a new album. The CD titled “Pain Is Love” is due out this summer.Maybe he plan on promoting it on the Yard????????

It is wonderful that Yoga is continuing to gain popularity as a resource for healing in the black community, from celebrities to inmates. According to TMZ.com, Hollywood star Wesley Snipes requested Yoga Mats to teach other inmates the benefits during his time in prison.
