Give Him More Guns
In 2007, T.I. was arrested by the feds and charged with two felonies for possession of three unregistered machine guns and two silencers. He was eventually sentenced, and since he was packing so much heat, we can’t help but think that Tip just likes guns. Instead of denying his appetite for weapons, we think it would be a great idea to give him an arsenal of paintball guns, Laser Tag games and Super Soakers to jones on.

Hypnotize Him
If we could hypnotize T.I., we would! While under our mind control we would make him think he’s bulletproof so that he would never feel the need to get guns. We’d just tell him the bulletproof vest is decorative, just ask 50 Cent.

Hire A Reliable Weed Carrier

One of the last times T.I. was arrested he was out making a run for ecstasy and marijuana with the Mrs in his Maybach. This is a baller no-no. No person of his means should be out getting their own stash, especially in a car that costs more than a house. If you can’t find someone to run this errand there needs to be a Mr. Nice Guy franchise started in ATL stat.

Move to Switzerland

The Swiss may have this whole gun thing figured out. While they have no standing army, Swiss men are trained as part of their militia and can keep an automatic weapon in the home.   Damn near everyone is strapped so no one is thinking of running up in the next man’s house. As a result, the rate of killings or attempted killings with firearms is about 1 in 250, 000. In Atlanta metro (which is comparable in population to Switzerland) it’s about 34 per 200,000. Not to mention no bank is safer for stashing all of that Paper Trail money.

Do Like Jay-Z & Kanye West

T.I. may need to surround himself with a more positive and uplifting circle. We suggest he link up with  his name-a-like Q-Tip, not only for a potential collabo, but for overall positivity. Notice how  ‘Ye has stayed out of trouble since he’s been working closely with Jay on Watch The Throne? We think the same could happen for T.I.!  His first single with The Abstract could be a club banger called “Just The Tip.”

And, as I’m sure everyone has heard, she’s in trouble again for allegedly swiping a $2,500 one-of-a-kind necklace from a jeweler, then being caught on camera wearing it out in public. I’m sorry, but can anyone else see a pattern forming? First the mink coat, now the necklace…. the girl needs help!

When celebs get themselves into these dramas, there is a lot of talk about them receiving lenient treatment due to their celebrity status. Nicole Richie only spending 82 minutes in jail, remember that? Hmmm….

But last week Bossip posted a video from Nancy Grace, who said that if it were a “black girl or a poor girl” in the same situation, they would have been thrown in jail immediately. This got me thinking. Is she also getting preferential treatment because of the color of her skin?

For instance, Foxy Brown was sent to the slammer for violating her probation, which LiLo has now also done. She then spent an entire year locked up. Lindsay was allowed to post bail and was only given a “stern talking to” for violating hers.

Wesley Snipes was incarcerated for three years on misdemeanor charges for failing to file tax returns. Paul Hogan of Crocodile Dundee fame was pursued for five years by the Australian tax department for reportedly not paying almost $50 million in taxes. He had his charges dropped, not because they couldn’t prove the case, but because it wasn’t in the public interest to continue with the case. Ummm…what?

And don’t even get me started on Charlie Sheen. How many times does he get a free pass for all his “incidents?’” Just last week he was sent to the emergency room after a drug and alcohol fueled bender, and reportedly had a ‘suitcase of cocaine’ on him. Are the police intervening this time? I mean, it’s common knowledge that he abuses drugs, so why doesn’t anybody put a stop to it?

T.I. on the other hand, even though he had his drug charges dropped, as he was on probation, still had to serve time for failing a drug test. Double standards much?

I would bet money on the fact that Isaiah Washington would think so. He was fired from “Grey’s Anatomy” after using a homophobic slur against co-star T.R. Knight, even after publicly apologizing, meeting with gay community leaders and going to rehab. Has Charlie Sheen even done anything more than a superficial week-long trip to rehab?

I don’t know what I believe. I know that every case needs to be decided on it’s own merits, and there is more to it than what we as outsiders will ever know, but it does make you wonder whether or not, Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan are helped by the fact that they are more well-known, bankable stars than T.I. and Isaiah Washington or by the color of their skin. I guess we will have to wait and see if Lindsay’s trial is going to be another Winona Ryder incident, swept under the rug, or if she is held accountable this time…

T.I. was reprimanded in prison, after security guards caught the Atlanta rapper engaged in a sexual act with his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle.

The rap star is serving a year-long sentence at Arkansas State Prison for violating the terms of his previous probation, stemming from an incident in September of 2010, when he and his wife were busted for possession of ecstasy in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ.com, guards caught T.I. and Tiny engaged in the sexual act during regular visiting hours at the prison, which adheres to strict guidelines when it comes to prisoners and visitors.

As a result of their sexual escapade, T.I. was sent to a “Special Housing Unit” for an undetermined amount of time.

Rapper Waka Flocka Flames was released from prison earlier this evening (January 5th), stemming from a raid on his home on last week.

The rapper posted a $40,000 bond and was released from the Henry County Jail, after surrendering to authorities on January 3rd.

Waka Flocka was not home during the raid on his house on December 16th, which resulted in several men being detained and arrested on minor drug and gun possession charges.

Waka Flocka, born Jaquin Malphurs, was charged with various charges stemming from the raid, including marijuana and hydrocone possession, firearm possession by a felon, probation violation for driving on a suspended license and violating the state’s Anti-Gang laws.

Additionally, the latest charges have resulted in the rap star being charged with violating the terms of his previous probation, for possessing a shot gun earlier in the year.

Ted Johnson, Waka Flocka Flames’ attorney, said that the guns were found in the house were not illegal, a claim echoed by the rapper’s mother/manager.

“They found a bunch of guns and twice much of cash,” Debra Antney told AllHipHop.com short after the raid. “They found the security..his gun [he's] licensed to carry. Waka’s security and his cousin was sleeping in the room. The door was locked and what they kicked it in for I don’t know, because if they would have asked for the code, we would have given it.”

Ms. Antney also said the media was overhyping the “raid” on the house last month.

“You put this big thing out there and start scaring sponsors,” Antney told AllHipHop.com. “It was two officers there that let us know and that s**twas bulls**t!”

So here it is…NO MERCY, the most honest and intimate installment of my life story as promised. I must admit it takes a lot to go through as much as I have and still keep the love in your heart and in your art. But at the end of the day, if that’s what it takes to produce the music that keeps the world of hip-hop evolving on it’s axis….Then even the lowest of the lows of my life was all worth it. Thanks again for your prayers, your time and attention. And remember….It does’nt matter how long it’ll be before the next time you see me. What matters is that I’ll be a better man before that time comes. The longer I sit, the smarter I get.

I’d like to give a vey special thank you to all the fans who’ve been writing me and lifting my spirits everyday. I read all of them. Although I would never be able to write you all back…I’d like to list as many of you individualy as i can and thank the others collectively. It’s a relief to know that there still are people who see a man with a life and not just another headline in the news. Most of you sound very concerned and optimistic at the same time about my situation. Let me assure you all that I am deffenitely keeping my head up. I don’t consider myself done by far. Also many of you are convinced as I am that God has a plan for me that he’s preparing me for. How do you tell God Almighty that all you wanna do is LIVE LIFE ??? What if all you wanna do is be a father to your kids, a husband to your wife, and son to your mother while providing insightful motivation through music and lending a helping hand when posible to those who need it most. Well guys…That’s the topic of discussion between me and the MOST HIGH at the moment. I’ll keep you posted on how it turns out. Who knows maybe you can look foward to hearing the dialogue between us set to music on the next album…which I’ll be announcing the official title to sooner than later.
