The National Weather Service has issued a freeze watch for much of central North Carolina from 2 a.m. Saturday to 7 a.m. Sunday. We’ll probably see our first freeze of the season tomorrow night. Temps are expected to dip into the upper 20s and lower 30s this weekend.

A freeze watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible.

Temperatures are expected to start heating up on Monday, where highs are expected to reach the low to mid 60s. The rest of the week, highs in the lower 70s are expected.
