The Judge denied Fantasia’s request to seal the courtroom after testimony she’d had an abortion became public. The purpose of the hearing is to determine of Tasia knew her boyfriend was married before she hooked up with him. If so then Her boyfriend’s wife can sue her using North Carolina’s Alienation of Affection law. BTW….Fantasia and her married boyfriend Antwan are still going strong.
