An elementary school teacher in Raleigh is facing several charges involving minors. John Peter Skatrud was charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a child and two counts of indecent liberties with a student. He was a physical education teacher at Yates Mill Elementary in Raleigh. He is currently under a $150,000 bond.
