 According to WRAL…Officers went door-to-door asking for voluntary DNA samples last week. Two residents who provided samples said investigators told them the DNA was collected in an effort to eliminate suspects.

 Taft’s family has offered a $25,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction…
