Authorities say a man is in critical condition after he was shot in the parking lot of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Lithonia.
Authorities have not identified the victim, who was shot Saturday evening. Authorities say the shooting is not connected to the church, home of embattled minister Bishop Eddie Long. Long has been sued by four young men who claim he coerced them into sexual relationships. He has denied the allegations.
Police are investigating the shooting but have no suspects yet.
