SHOWTIME SAYS…

This is a story that is truly saddening to me, if the way that the media is reporting it is correct. Former NBA player Allen Iverson’s mansion in the Denver area is currently being sold, and expected to close on April 8th. That’s all good, with the exception of one small detail; Iverson has stopped making payments on the home and is currently facing foreclosure.

The 6 bedroom home is 6,848 square feet and was purchased for $3.875 million in January 2008.The property is located in an area called Bell Mansion and has currently gone into foreclosure due to an outstanding balance of $2,572,914

Even though the home is up for sale, the fact that it is in foreclosure will cost Bubba Chuck at least another $10,000 in lawyers fees and not to mention other costs that come with getting the property loan out of default.
