SHOWTIME SAYS…
In a recent interview with Essence magazine, Alicia Keys finally decided to answer some of the questions that we have all had about her relationship with Swizz Beatz.
Alicia lets it be known in the interview that she feels like there is nothing wrong with the way she and her now husband fell in love.
“Everything was in order. We didn’t start seeing each other until after they had been separated for months………..I was very aware of all the false things that were being said about me. And it definitely hurt. But I was sure that if I engaged, it would become a back-and-forth like some sort of sick entertainment, which goes against everything I believe in and only would have made things worse…………Of course, people will believe what they want to believe. But I know the truth will shine through.“
So basically what she is saying is that she don’t have to wonder about sleeping with a broken heart because Mashonda pretty much has that covered.
