I totally forgot that Philly rapper Meek Mill was once signed to Grand Hustle. After being released from his deal, Meek is now obviously a member of The Bawse’s Maybach Music Group. In a recent interview he expressed that he has no ill will towards his old boss, and is in fact saving a spot for him on the remix to his current hit “I’m A Boss”
“If I hold the ‘I’ma Boss’ remix long enough I might throw Tip on that. have him get out to the hottest song of the year,” he told VIBE a few weeks before Tip’s release. “He ain’t have no problem looking out for me and I don’t have no problem doing it for him.”
