According to TMZ Don Cornelius who created the HISTORIC TV show Soul Train was found dead in his home earlier this morning of an apparent suicide.
Cops discovered his body around 4AM PT and apparently he suffered from a self inflicted gun shot wound to the head.
He was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.
Soul Train shaped the lives of many folks during it’s 35 year run from 1971 until 2006.
Cornelius was 75.
