Newark, New Jersey taxpayers are a bit upset after finding out they will have to foot the $187,000 bill for Whitney Houston’s Funeral. That was the cost for the 200 plus police officers needed to secure the street surrounding the funeral, which is equal to roughly five percent of Newark’s annual police budget. Ummmmmmmmmm so the NJPD can’t send that bill to her estate?????? Im just saying………
