Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry dressed up as their most memorable onscreen characters for a fun, new promotional video for OWN.
In the hilarious parody, Madea meets The Color Purple. Perry, dressed in full Madea attire, drives up to Winfrey, recreating her famous role of Miss. Sophia, and asks for directions to OWN.

“I’m looking for OWN,” Perry says.
“All my life I had to fight,” Winfrey replies to a puzzled looking Perry. “I had to fight to impress folks. I had to fight the ratings. I had to fight them haters.”
The media powerhouses teamed up for the video to promote Perry’s two new scripted series on OWN. “The Haves And Have Nots’ and ‘Love Thy Neighbor” are schedule to premiere next month.
