First Pastors getting fired for attending rap concerts and now Church staff is forbidden to wear hair weaves. Pastor A.J. Aamir of Resurrecting Faith in Waco, Texas told his female staff to be real with themselves and stop wearing hair weave. Legally he cannot ban hair weaves but he does disapprove of them. He spoke on his church members struggling financially but wearing $300 weaves. The Pastor stated that the members need to focus more on what’s in their head and not what’s on their head. He feels that black women wearing weaves are trying to be someone or something that they are not. Lawd if hair weaves were to get banned from churches the pews would be empty.
