Typically, men are jailed for not paying their child support on time, OR not paying their child support AT ALL. However, a Houston Dad is facing jail time for overpaying child support and over visiting his son. Clifford Hall says “I’m his father, its my responsibility to take care of him”. This man should be commended for taking care of his son, this looks like a case that the judicial system is upset that this man didn’t “follow their rules”. However, the welfare of the child is the most important thing.
