Brown, who was charged with five counts of contempt of court, allegedly yelled at a juvenile court magistrate during a child support hearing. TMZ reported he “incited a near riot” after the juvenile court staff turned him away, claiming they had no record of the case in question. The 66-year-old, who was representing a client at the hearing, lost his cool and left the courtroom “screaming the entire time.”

According to CNN, Brown “challenged the authority” and got “pretty raucous” during his appearance. As a result, Juvenile Court Magistrate Harold “Hal” Horne ordered the TV judge to spend five days in a Memphis jail, where he currently remains.
