North Carolina’s own J Cole is kicking off his 2nd Annual Dollar & A Dream Tour and he’s coming to Raleigh on July 19th. It will only cost you $1 but there will be no tickets sold, its first come first serve. He will be performing “The Warm Up”, which was the release that led him to get signed to Roc Nation.
