The war is on between Lil Wayne and his former mentor Birdman. Lawyers for the two Cash Money Millionaires have been trying to settle the financial beef but apparently talks have broken down and Wayne plans on suing Baby for $8 Millie.
Wayne claims that Baby violated the terms of his contract by not releasing his new album ‘Carter V’. He says that the $8 million was supposed to be an advance for the album.
Birdman has no immediate plans to release the album, and says it will drop “in due time”
