Police in Florida have arrested a man for reportedly crawling around a library and smelling a woman’s feet. The incident happened at Florida International University and cops say that 52-year-old Eddy Juan was arrested earlier this week and charged with a host of charges including
violation of sexual offender registration, fleeing and eluding, reckless driving, aggravated assault and resisting without violence.
Campus police previously warned students about a man who was seen crawling under a table at a campus library on Aug. 29.
