Netflix has just caught Will Smith a really big check!
The streaming service has agreed to invest over $90 million in Will Smith’s new movie ‘Bright’. Smith’s estimated net worth is already over $250 million, but this new deal is definitely going to bring some major coins Will’s way.
The film is a psychological thriller which will begin shooting this summer.

Deadline revealed it was coming to market on March 2, because Ayer and Smith just completed the Warner Bros/DC film Suicide Squad, which is expected to be a major summer hit.
Though it will be R-rated, Bright is much closer to Men in Black‘s commercial qualities and VFX than anything Netflix has done before, and it is meant to launch a franchise.
