Nene Leakes says told a sold out Charlotte Comedy Zone that she’s not a comedian, but “I became a hustler. I know how to get checks.”
Leakes definitely got a check with her two sold out Charlotte shows to kickoff her “So Nasty, So Rude” tour. Leakes wasted no time ripping her haters on social media and the real life ones she’s encountered on her various television shows.
On RHOA:
“I cast the first season by myself. A lot of these girls got the nerve to forget, like Kenya.”
On Porsha:
“I pulled her to the side. When that didn’t work I blasted that b—-.”
On Relationships:
“I do let my men look. That’s the problem with a lot of women. They don’t let their men look. You look, I look, we look then we go home together and look at each other.”
On Donald Trump:
“He’s saying a lot of s— about different people. (On Apprentice) He was true to who he was. That’s why I quit the show.”
Leakes’ husband Greg walked her onstage to a standing ovation. Leakes’ pal Peter Thomas owns Sports One bar in Charlotte, but she said that’s not why she started her tour here. She said it just happened that way. And she is not, nor would she date Thomas. “I don’t do accents,” she said. Although, she did plan to swing by his bar after the show.
