Kendrick Lamar was being sued over ripping off an artist!! Yup, you heard that right!! A freelance photographer by the name of Gioradno Cipriani claimed that the rapper used his images on his single “The Blacker the Berry” without his permission. He was suing for royalties and damages but, it looks like things may have gotten settled out of court.
