After being arrested and charged with beating up her Uber driver singer Teairra Marie has been cleared of all charges. Teairra was accused of stealing the drivers iPhone charger, assaulting him and refusing to get out of his vehicle.
The reason that the charges were dropped was because the driver refused to take the stand and testify.
Prosecutors dismissed three charges against the “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” star. Authorities also returned the $26,000 bail that she was being held on after her arrest earlier this summer.
