Nicki Minaj has always had a strong relationship with The Kingdom (formerly #Barbz) and now, she’s rewarding them for their good grades and hard work.
It all started when Nicki was discussing her new contest she’s holding to have fans join on in the studio or at the #BBMAs — but one fan instead wanted assistance with tuition, to which Nicki replied “Show me straight A’s that I can verify w/ur school and I’ll pay it. Who wants to join THAT contest?!?!
Dead serious. Shld I set it up?”
From that point on, fans started attaching their transcripts and report cards asking to get their tuition and student loans paid, and Nicki offered to pay at least 10 fans who tweeted her.
