A judge ruled against Karrueche Tran in her court battle against Chris Brown on Tuesday. The judge presiding over the case expected Tran to appear in court, but instead Breezy’s ex thought that she could just call up and speak to the judge over the phone. Tran is shooting a TV show in New Orleans and was expected to take the judge through what she claims are a series of death threats and violent encounters from Brown.
The judge was not trying to hear her sob story over the phone and refused to put the order in effect because the person filing had to either appear in court or give 12 days notice before the hearing that they would appear via phone.
The case was continued until a later date so Tran could file the proper paperwork
