Beyonce is already bouncing back after having twins a few weeks ago. Bey gave birth to twins Sir and Remi almost three weeks ago and has already been focusing on her weight loss.
Bey has reportedly lost almost 30 pounds since giving birth via c-section. Women are normally advised to wait about six weeks before exercising after giving birth, but Bey has already began working out and eating well. She has also started working with a personal trainert to help her shed the leftover baby weight.
A source said that after her first week of giving birth to the twins she lost about 20-25 pounds which was mainly water retention. She wants to lost another 15 pounds before she makes an announcement according to sources close to Bey.
“Beyonce’s diet has been a simple low-fat, low-carb diet full of organic greens and lean proteins like tuna and chicken breast,” the source shared.
