Chance The Rapper is definitely doing it big! The rapper is donating 30,000 backpacks to the Chicago Public School System. The rapper and his organization SocialWorks are partnering with STATE bags to provide book bags for kids in need.
Chance will hand out backpacks on Saturday August 12 to Chicago area students as they prepare for the first day of school.
