Kodak Black in Ccourt

Rapper Kodak Black will not be allowed to legally change his name. He was trying to legally change his name from Dieuson Octave to Bill Kahan Blanco. He filed documents back in June to change his name, but a judge in Florida recently denied the request. Currently, Kodak is on probation and facing separate charges of sexual abuse in South Carolina. It is not clear as to whether those issues played a part in the judge’s decision.
